In 2023, Zonta International will establish a new future-facing strategic plan. In Jänner, the Zonta International Board came together to review the culmination of data gathered from member surveys and focus groups combined with an analysis of the position and assets of Zonta International, the evolution of technology and societal structures and of course, key gender-based issues facing women and girls today.
This work is in alignment with the biennial goal to develop a new strategic plan to meet the needs of Zontians while opening new pathways for other gender equality advocates to engage with Zonta.
Strategic planning is a process with two levels.
- The first level is the focus and vision for the future.
- The second level is strategies and tactics to take us to that future.
The goal of the Board is to issue the first-level information in the coming months. One thing in this process is clear, Zonta will remain a place where globally minded individuals connect, collaborate and demand change to build a better world for women and girls.
As part of the process, you are invited to hear about
the Zonta International Strategic Planning Member Survey Insights.
In this session, you will:
- Gain insight into the results of the Zonta member survey conducted between Oktober and November 2022.
- Receive a progress update on the strategic planning process.
